Order Information
- First Order:
- Accent requires new customers to prepay for their first order. Subsequent orders may be billed on Net 10 Day open account, subject to credit approval.
- Production Time:
- It varies with every company and sometimes with every item. Please check the time with each catalog or item.
- Artwork:
- Your logo can be used on most of the items, depending on the stated imprint area and logo complexity. Logos need to be in vector format and 600 dpi resolution. Please call us to help if this does not make sense.
- Proofs:
- Proofs are generally available, sometimes at some cost to you. See information with the catalog or item.
- Payment Options:

- New Customers:
- 50% of whole order down when order is placed. The balance is due when the order is shipped.
- Open Account:
- Balance is due 10 days from the invoice date on approved credit.
